It is also required to be fluent in English, provide an approved CV, and pass the agreed-upon theoretical and oral tests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">The ministry confirmed the deadline for submission is September 30, 2025 by electronic form via QR code &#8216;s statement.
