1. The test fee is only paid using electronic payment channels, such as prepaid cards, credit cards, or electronic payment company collecting outlets.
2. Other forms of payment are not allowed, and the exam date cannot be acquired from the website unless the payment process is completed via the methods provided on the electronic coordination’s aptitude tests website (https://tansik.digital.gov.eg).
3. If payment methods are chosen through collection outlets, you will receive a message on your mobile and email with the payment number to be paid, and the choice cannot be changed once the payment number to be paid appears. Each payment number is independent for one test only, and you must go to one of the collection company outlets and request.
4. When selecting payment methods using prepaid/credit cards, if the message (An error occurred during execution, the payment was not executed) appears after entering the required card data to complete the payment process, it means that the payment process was not approved due to the bank issuing the card not accepting the completion of the transaction, either due to the lack of balance, the card not being valid for use via the Internet, or incorrect entry of card data and other reasons for rejection. In this case, the student must repeat the payment process with another card or contact the bank issuing the card.
5. After making your payment, return to the Aptitude Test Appointments Booking page to check and print the exam date before requesting any additional bookings.
6. No refunds are issued after paying the test fees and scheduling the appointment.
7. If you complete your payment and enter the booking site and the test date and place do not display, or if you have any other problems, please call the technical support center at (15999) and the matter will be investigated and resolved.
8. Duplicate all numbers and data for bookings and payments displayed on the program screen.
