1. The original General Secondary Education Certificate, plus two copies.
2. The original recently issued birth certificate, including the three-part national ID number, plus two copies.
3. The original nomination card, plus two copies.
4. The Aptitude Test Certificate (Aptitude Card) and the medical examination form for the aptitude test, for students who took the aptitude test outside Aswan University, plus two copies.
5. Two copies of the student’s national ID card and two copies of the guardian’s national ID card.
6. Ten recent passport-size photographs (6 × 4 cm), with a white background and without any names or dates written on them.
7. Military service documents (Forms 2-Military , 6-Military or 7-Military ), or a minor-status certificate, for male students only.
8. One plastic folder with a snap fastener.
Fees
– Fees: EGP 1,178 — to be paid by the student using a Visa card.
– Stamp fees: EGP 302 — to be paid in cash.
