In the presence of Dr. Mohamed Sobhi Hassanein, Vice President of the Universities Sports Federation, Dr. Kamal Darwish, former President of Zamalek Club, and Major General Hani Abaza, Deputy of the Education Committee in the House of Representatives, and in the presence of a group of scientific and sports figures from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Colleges of Education and a group of executive, parliamentary, popular and sports leaders Aswan Governorate.
