Within the initiative of the President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi, ”Sporting is A National Security”, and in his meeting with the Faculty of Physical Education delegation Aswan Government: study the suggestion of carrying out ”Sporting Activities” initiative to allow the field for all citizens and the tourist and visited groups to practice the opening sport.
Under the motto ” Sports is A Culture of People” and within the framework of the President Abdul Fattah Al Sisi, ”Sporting is A National Security”, to achieve the vision of Egypt’s 2030 the sustainable development, as completion of the system of developing and beautifying, the Major-General/Ashraf Attia-Aswan governorate confirmed that it will be studied the suggestion of the Faculty of Physical Education Aswan University regarding the of adopting the governorate to carry out ”Sports Activities” initiative to allow the field for all citizens and the tourist and visited groups through spreading these activities landscaping within the projects of developing the public gardens, old corniche, and the interface of the city; especially they consist of sporting devices and equipment can be dealt with them easily… this comes during the meeting of the Governorate with the delegation of the Faculty of Physical Education headed by Dr. Adel Makky-Dean of the Faculty- where the Governorate welcomed the suggestions that line with the plan and vision of the Governorate, and its tourist place through holding champions and activities support the efforts.
In order to make Aswan one of the tourist destinations besides discovering the talents of juniors, and create a sequential base to raise with the group and individual games; pointing out the importance of preparing a complete plan to focus on organizing a championship or more to ensure the components of its success; especially the international race of long swimming and its return to the South Flower(Zaharat Al Janub) after more than 28 years, moreover a number of other contests and festivals to invest the natural and tourist components that Aswan enjoys, which contributes to the promotion and good tourism marketing for the capital of African youth, economy, and culture.
