Upon what was received from the Industrial Complex which issues graduation certificates; a certification will not be extracted only with certain characteristics for photos as the following:
1- A photo 4*6.
2-White background.
3-Without any clips or staplers.
4-Without stamps.
5- Official photo without watermark.
6-Aligning photos correctly.
7- A photo without a frame.
