The master’s thesis submitted by the researcher, Shahanda Nobi Omar Mohamed, entitled “The effect of exercises using the HOPZ tool on some physical variables and the level of kinetic performance in rhythmic gymnastics” will be discussed.

Dr. Hanan Amin Nasreddin, a teacher at the Department of Exercises, Gymnastics and Kinetic Performance, Faculty of Physical Education, Aswan University (supervisor).
