Water sports shows topping: the activities of the International Forum for Sports Tourism: Prospects and Ambitions – Aswan is better on its second day

Prof.  Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed, President of Aswan University, witness the second day of the activities of the International Forum for Sports Tourism at the Rowing Club, which began with water sports shows under the title of the water festival, sailing and kayak shows, by watching the offers and capabilities of the university from water boats used in water games, and this comes in the framework for implementing the presidential initiative launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, which was implemented by Aswan University headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed, President of Aswan University.
Ghallab added that the activities of the International Forum for Sports Tourism, Prospects, and Ambitions – Aswan Ahla, started on Thursday and will end on Saturday, 20/3/2021, in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi – Minister of Youth and Sports, and the forum is held under the auspices of Prof. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi – Minister of Youth and Sports, and Dr. Khaled Al-Anani – Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, taking into account the application of all precautionary measures to limit the repercussions of the Coronavirus on the land of Aswan Governorate (Land of Gold).

Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, President of the University, indicated that the capabilities possessed by Aswan Morsi Mae University help to host top tournaments and student sports activities from various Egyptian and African universities, within the framework of cooperation between the Faculty of Physical Education and a number of different sports and tourism institutions in Egypt and the country. The Arab world and the world, which had its participation in this international conference on the land of Aswan, the capital of culture, economy, arts, and Arab-African youth.

Dr. Kamal El-Din Darwish, Head of the Physical Education Sector at the Supreme Council of Universities, praised the sports facilities witness by Aswan University and the effort made to develop the Faculty of Physical Education and its various activities at Aswan University headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghallab, within the framework of cooperation between the relevant ministries of higher education, tourism and antiquities He recommended the establishment of a center for water sports for the Egyptian Sports Federation of Universities in Aswan because Aswan University owns the components of these games and is not owned by any other university
Dr. Mohamed Sobhi Hassanein, Vice President of the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation, explained the importance of sports and student activities supported by the state through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the importance of Aswan University’s location and being the southern gateway to communication with the universities of the African continent.
The guests of the conference also took a tourist trip to the places of “Abu Al-Hawa – the Island of Plants – the Nubia Museum – West Sohail – the Unfinished Obelisk” and held an introductory symposium for sports navigation and another symposium under the title of the future of canoeing and kayaking competitions in Aswan, which Ahmed Abdel-Khaleq, Director of Sports Tourism at the Ministry of Youth and Sports lectures. and Major General / Monis Fouad.
