The following items are not available for borrowing outside of the library:
-Encyclopaedias, dictionaries, maps, atlases, encyclopedias, specialized references, and dictionaries are all examples of reference materials.
-Periodicals from the Arab world and others.
-University theses (Master’s and Ph.D. theses).
-Rare books that are difficult to obtain and are not available in publishing houses.
-Books with only one copy and the library’s most recent acquisition.
-Tapes, scientific slides, microfilm, microfiche, and laser cylinders are examples of non-paper information containers.
-Provided that the borrowing is for one week and renewable and that in the event of a delay from the date, the borrower is warned, and that in the event of a repeat infringement, a note is given to the Vice-Dean for postgraduate studies for consideration.
-In the case that the borrower loses the book, the following actions must be followed:
-The person in charge of purchasing and delivering the book to the library is required to have the most recent edition and not the earlier edition issued from the lost copy.
-If the book is not available in the publishing roles, the offender will be charged twice the price of the book, plus 20% administrative fees for the account of the service fund.
-If a part of a group of parts is missing, the person responsible for replacing it must have the same edition.
-In the registration records, the phrase “lost” is indicated in front of the data of the lost books, and the number and date of the payment receipt are recorded and subtracted from the library’s custody.
It is not permitted to borrow more than the set amounts for each category:
